๐ We're Hiring: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (On site Riyadhย , Full-Time)
Are you a skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with excellent English- Arbic and a passion for delivering impactful ERP solutions? Weโre looking for a dynamic individual who can independently take charge of end-to-end client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver complete Odoo solutions.
- Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific client requirements.
- Prepare and present professional, tailored Odoo demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate client requirements and support in proposal development.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide configuration, customization (using Python, XML,JS), and integration across Odoo modules.
- Train end-users, provide functional support, and resolve post-implementation issues.
- Apply project management best practices to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong Odoo development skills: Python, XML, Odoo ORM, QWeb reports.
- Experience in customizing and extending standard Odoo functionality.
- Excellent command of English โ both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in client-facing roles.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, functional flows, and client-facing demos.
- System configuration and data migration.
- Odoo Certificate is plus but not required
- Excellent command of English โ both written and verbal.
